I will start with a complimentary get-to-know each other and see if we are a good fit for your personality and stage in life, and uncover the time and resources you have available to invest.
Once we agree professional coaching is a good fit for you, you will receive an in-depth questionnaire. This will be our foundation to identify needs and begin to build a strong relationship and set out expectations.
From there, we will define goals based on your current situation and long-term vision.
If you are selecting leadership coaching, we will determine what information we will need to collect from others, such as assessments or questionnaires. We will also agree on what information will be shared about your organization. Everything in the coaching sessions will remain confidential.
We will design a plan based on the timeframe identified during the complimentary session.
Together, we will track your progress along the way and adjust the plan accordingly.
When we conclude our coaching term, we will review the progress made, goals set, learning, and how we used it to move the needle. We will develop the next steps needed to keep you moving forward in your journey and recommend resources to help you keep up the momentum. Remember, additional sessions are always available to you if you ever need help in moving forward in your journey to a better self or group.
