Hello! I am Dr. Karla Keilhack-Ball, and I am so glad you found me. I’m a certified life and leadership coach. I am a lifelong learner and have over 20+ years of experience in the field of leadership.
I have a Doctorate in Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Healthcare Leadership. I am also a hairstylist and respiratory therapist. I am certified in Six Sigma and Process Development and a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success.
I am a mother of three beautiful kids. Sophie, age 9, a very bright functional autistic girl with ADHD, she always keeps us on our toes. Rylei, age 10 who has ADHD and loves swimming and fashion. She is our DIVA. Last, but not least, Jeffrey, age 19, who is majoring in nursing. He is our minimalist but loves LEGOS. My husband and I have been married 33 years.
I love watching my clients grow and thrive in whatever they are trying to achieve. My goal in life is to make a difference in the lives of others and share my knowledge in personal and team growth. I am excited to begin this journey with you and look forward to building a strong relationship. Both Leadership Coaching and Life Coaching are provided online unless otherwise set up in advance and are in the Wichita, Kansas area.
